We don't sell, lend, or transfer any of your personal information except for the following:
1. We provide your name and address to our shipping companies.
2. We provide your name, address, and credit card number to our credit card companies.
3. We use your email address to provide you with details concerning any current orders. On occasion, we may send you promotional type emails which contain information on new products and special promotions.

Solicitations for personal information
We NEVER ask for you to email us your credit card number or other personal information. Do NOT reply to such a request if you receive one. It is NOT from EV Drives! However, we may require you to fax a copy of your credit card for verification and security purposes.

Cookies
We use cookies to identify you when you place an order. These have your name and address and your shipping address. We may add additional information to these cookies in the future and if we do we will list the added information in this space.

HOW TO ORDER

Click on any "Add to Cart" button to start your web order. We will send an email acknowledgement to let you know that we received your order.

Write your name and address, the model and quantities for the items you would like to order on any sheet of paper. Mail it to us. Include your check or money order. Don't forget to include shipping charges. We need to know the Brand, Model, Throttle type and Battery voltage to program your controller before shipping.

For questions and support, I will do my best to help you, but I am not guaranteeing a result or taking responsibility for the end use of the products we are selling as we are just a reseller and not engineering for you. Carl

 
WE SHIP QUICKLY
EV Drives tries to ship your order with in 3 working days. We use FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service. If you need extra fast shipping such as Next Day, or 2-day service please ask for it. These services may be limited depending on your service area. The charges for these extra fast shipping methods will not be known until the package is ready to be shipped and invoiced. Holidays and weekends will delay delivery.
 
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR USA ORDERS

Orders paid by Credit Card or Check:

COD Orders: shipped by normal means to USA addresses only.

 
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders must be paid by credit card. Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment.

 
BACKORDERS

A backordered item is an item that we normally carry in stock, but which is currently out of stock. When we put an item on backorder to you, we will automatically notify you when we receive the item back into our stock.

Backordered items to US addresses will be shipped via Standard Ground unless you specifically request otherwise, even if the original order was shipped via Air.

For retail orders to be shipped to the 48 states of the USA: There are no additional shipping charges when your backordered items are shipped unless you request Air shipment.

For orders to be shipped out of the USA: You will have to pay the actual shipping charges for the shipment of any backordered items. We may cancel your backorder if we are unable to contact you by E-mail to ask you to authorize the shipping charges for the backordered items.

Online "In Stock" status and estimated arrival dates are updated nightly. If an item sells out during the day, it will still show "In Stock" until the nightly update.

RETURNS

If you don't like what you received from us send it right back to us. We will give you an immediate refund or credit to your credit card. We will give no refunds nor credits for returns that arrive more than 60 days from the date of our shipment to you.

  • If you return something:
  • Don't wait to return it---please send it back as immediately.
    2. Return a copy of our invoice or picking ticket, or tell us the order number.
    3. Tell us what was wrong with the item: we're not offended if you just don't like it.
    4. If the item is altered in any way or is not in retail condition we will not take it back.
    5. Please pack the item for return the way we packed it.
    6. All uninstalled units will have a 20% restocking fee.
    7. All return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
    8. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    9. All duties and taxe have to be pade by the sender on returen items outside of the country.

    10. If the unit has been installed, a 50% restocking fee will be charged and a $30 testing fee to make sure the unit still works.

We process returns as quickly as possible. If we have any questions we will contact you. Include as much information as possible as this will speed up the return process.

IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT

If a package that has obviously been damaged during shipment is delivered to your door, SIGN for it and note above your signature the word "damaged" (or "open" if the box was broken open), and request that the delivering company make an inspection.

If the damage during shipment was concealed, please notify the delivering carrier and email Sales department when you discover the damage. You must keep the damaged carton until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier.

Do not return the merchandise yourself. EV Drives will process a claim and tell you exactly what to do next.

 
NEVER REFUSE A COD SHIPMENT
If you have ordered something from us by COD where payment is made to the shipping company, you must not refuse to pay for a COD when it is delivered. We will not ship any more orders via COD if you refuse a shipment. If you don't want the COD order, accept the COD, contact us before returning it for a refund.
 
COD ORDERS WILL BE PAID IN CASH EQUIVALENTS
All COD orders must be paid with a Cashier's Check or Money Order.
