Warranty:
Motors, motor controllers & battery chargers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You can contact us for warranty issues and we will provide information on the return of your product to the manufacturer. Contactors / Solenoids & DC/DC converters have a 6 month warranty, and all the rest of the products we sell are warranted free of most defects for a period of 1 year from our customers’ date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the listing. EV Drives will not be liable for any cost of service calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially and/or any other damages resulting from the installation of these parts.
Claims:
Shortages and damaged products must be reported to EV Drives within 2 business days of receipt. If a package that has obviously been damaged during shipment is delivered to your door, SIGN for it and note above your signature the word "damaged" (or "open" if the box was broken open), and request that the delivering company make an inspection. If the damage during shipment was concealed, please notify the delivering carrier and email us when you discover the damage. You must keep the damaged box until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier.
Returns:
We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must contact us by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning an item to the manufacturer or to us. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the label attached to the shipping box. Packages without RMA number will be refused & returned to the shipper. Items returned with no fault found will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost, otherwise, a replacement will be sent.
Refunds:
If you purchased by mistake and would like to return an item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply for uninstalled parts & 40% for parts that have been installed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In most cases there is no restocking fee on exchanges so long as the item is new, and within 30 days.

Shipping:
We ship to any State in the United States and to most countries worldwide. Items in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days after placing the order. Back ordered items may take longer to ship. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST will not ship the same day unless otherwise stated by a sales representative. For International buyers, if the USPS shipping option is chosen, EV Drives will not be held liable for the items damaged or lost in shipping. USPS is an option to help reduce the shipping cost outside of the United States. They don’t provide tracking for some countries once the package is outside of the US territory. We now have an option to ship international by DHL Express (2-3 day delivery) at a very reasonable price. Please contact us for a quote on shipping. All Duties & Custom’s Fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that EV Drives product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EV Drives reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EV Drives reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, EV Drives shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
